Bachelor of Arts- Biology from Kentucky Wesleyan College
Jordan was born in Columbus, Indiana and moved back to her hometown after graduating from college out of state. She enjoys playing volleyball, gardening, and reading. Jordan greatly values spending time with her family (including her dogs), which she says is what she values most in life. She played basketball in college and loves to stay active, hoping to run a half-marathon in the future.
Jordan started working at Marvin Johnson & Associates in early 2025. Jordan has over 10 years in transportation safety. She built her career helping fleets reduce risk, stay compliant, and build strong safety cultures. Before MJAI she spent five years in safety and loss prevention, supporting fleets of 250 or more trucks with a specific focus on many of the largest carriers in the U.S. Before that she spent an additional five years as Director of Safety for a 100-truck fleet, where she led compliance efforts and strengthened driver safety programs. She is passionate about safety, compliance, driver support and helping companies stay ahead in a changing industry. She is a Certified Director of Safety (CDS) and takes pride in balancing safety and operational success. She is the 2025 Chair of the Future Leaders in Indiana for the Indiana Motor Truck Association (IMTA) and is currently serving on the IMTA Board of Directors.
