Upon earning his degree at Indiana State University,
Steve took a management position with Delco Remy in Anderson, Indiana. It was there,
in 1974 that he heard the calling and came to work for his parents.
Steve is the Chief Executive Officer for Marvin Johnson & Associates, heavily
involved in both the day-to-day operations and the long term planning. In addition,
he is a salesman, having closed the sale on many of the agency’s biggest accounts.
Steve belongs to the American Trucking Associations, the Interstate Truckload Carrier
Conference, and the state trucking associations in Illinois, Indiana, (serving on
the Board of Directors), Kentucky and Ohio. He has been on advisory boards for many
of the insurance companies the agency represents.
Retiring with the rank of Captain in the Indiana National Guard, Steve and his wife
live in Columbus. They have two children. |

account renewals. Today he acts as a producer / manager of the midsize fleets(20
- 50 power units)group, he also serves as Secretary/Treasurer for Marvin Johnson
& Associates. A member of the Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio Trucking Associations,
Roger and wife have three children. They live in Columbus. |

Roger joined the staff at Marvin Johnson & Associates. He is one of the leading
agents for the firm. In addition, Roger has served the Indiana Motor Truck Association
as chairman of Safety Council, Truck Driving Championship, and Driver of the Year
committee. Roger, his wife and their two children live in Columbus, Indiana. |

Ed has been with our agency since 1991. Prior to
that, he gained valuable experience as an insurance underwriter and producer. Ed
specializes in larger fleet business, particularly those fleets with 30+ power units.
He is currently on the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Trucking Association’s Safety
Council. A Bowling Green State University graduate. |

to expand into Ohio. Russ was hired to head up that expansion. He was the first
non-family member to join the agency. A graduate of the University of Akron, Russ
has been in the truck insurance industry since 1977. He is a member of the Ohio
Trucking Association.
Russ and his wife, reside in Barberton, Ohio with their two daughters. He is currently
a member of the Barberton School Board. |

Jim began his career with Marvin Johnson &
Associates in 1988, after spending three years as the director of the local Boys
Club. He is a graduate of Purdue University, and is a member of both, the American
Trucking Associations and the Indiana Motor Truck Association. A resident of Columbus,
Jim and his wife, have two sons.

Mike has been with Marvin Johnson & Associates
since 1972. He was the first of Marvin and Fran’s sons to join the organization.
He currently holds the position of President. Mike also sells-he has been the leading
sales producer 10 of the past 15 years. He is affiliated with the Illinois, Indiana,
Kentucky and Ohio Trucking Associations and the Interstate Truckload Carrier Conference.
He also serves as an active liaison with our insurance company partners. Mike and
his wife have raised three children and make their home in Columbus. |

Tom joined Marvin Johnson & Associates in January
1998 after six years with Johnson-Witkemper Insurance, our multi-line agency. He
has been in the insurance business for 10 years and has received his CIC (Certified
Insurance Counselor) designation. Tom is part of our Owner/Operator- Small Fleet
division. Tom is a grauduate of Purdue University and lives in the Columbus area
with his wife and three children. |

Tony Johnson was hired on with the Marvin Johnson
family in May of 2001. He has been a licensed agent since February of 2002. He earned
his bachleor's degree from the University of Indianapolis, graduating in 2001. He
was a letterman with the Universtiy of Indianapolis mens football program, under
coach Joe Polizzi. He is the grandson of Marvin Johnson, and the son of Stephen
Johnson. Tony has grown up in the agency, and will continue the tradition of selling
insurance with the Marvin Johnson family. He resides in Columbus, IN. |

Lance Riegle joined The Marvin Johnson Family in
the spring of 2003. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
and Marketing from the University of Indianapolis. Lance was a 4 year letter winner
in football and also participated in student teaching for the university. Lance
is part of the owner operator small fleet division of Marvin Johnson and resides
in Indianapolis. |

Josh joined the Non-Fleet Division of Marvin Johnson & Associates, Inc.
in late November of 2004. He obtained an Associates Degree in Elementary Education from Lincoln Trail
College in 1999 before transferring to the University of Indianapolis where he earned his Bachelor’s
Degree in Sports Administration in 2002. Josh played baseball at each school for 2 years, obtaining
many awards and titles in the 4 year span.
Josh now resides in New Whiteland with his wife and at this time has one son, Cayden. |

Michael R. Bonham; born in Ohio, attended and graduated
from Bowling Green University for both undergraduate and graduate schools. Has over
20 years experience in the insurance business begun insurance career with Massachusetts
Mutual Life Insurance before moving to the property & casualty business. Worked
with a large Independence agent for 13 yrs in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Joined Marvin
Johnson& Associates, Inc. In 1997. Recently completed year as president of the
professional insurance agents of Indiana, has served on the board of directors for
the PIA for 8 years. |

Prior to coming to MJAI in December of 1998, Shannon
attended Tri-State University and Indiana University with a major in Sociology and
a Minor in Business Law. She then attended nursing school in which she graduated
in 2000 with a 3.5 G.P.A. with an Associates in the Science of Nursing. With her
key background factors being Medicine and Business Law, the field of Workman’s Compensation
was a natural fit.
Since coming to MJAI, Shannon and her department have implemented a number of programs
which have been proven to be very beneficial to MJAI’s clients. Shannon has been
able to construct a Workman’s Compensation Cost Reduction Plan, bring to the table
new and competitive Work Comp Markets, Review and Supervise all work comp losses
and loss ratios for any trends for corrective actions.
Shannon is the daughter of Steve Johnson and granddaughter of Marvin Johnson. Shannon
and her family reside in Columbus, Indiana. |

After graduating with from the University of South
Alabama with a Master’s degree in Education, Andy began his career as a coach and
teacher in Birmingham, Alabama. But in February of 1976, Andy came home to Seymour,
IN, and started his own life and health insurance business as Denny & Company,
which quickly grew to include employee benefits, estate planning and securities
sales as an Investment Advisor Representative. In June of 2003, Denny & Company
joined Marvin Johnson and Associates.
Andy stays busy with such activities as being the former State Director of the Indiana
Life Underwriters, Rotary – Paul Harris Fellow, Past Chairman for the Seymour Chamber
of Commerce, Director of the Community Foundation of Jackson County, a life member
of MDRT and Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. Additionally, Andy was elected to the
University of South Alabama Athletic Hall of Fame in 1989 and the Indiana Basketball
Hall of Fame, Silver Anniversary Team in 1993. He currently serves on the Alumni
Board of Directors at the University of South Alabama.
An avid golfer, Andy resides in Seymour, Indiana, with his wife, Carol. They have
two grown children; Drew who also works with Marvin Johnson and Associates, and
Tricia, a pharmaceuticals sales representative in Indianapolis. |

Upon graduating from Indiana University in 1996
with a accounting degree, Drew began his career in the insurance business with Mass
Mutual. A year later, he was hired as director of operations for a brokerage firm
in Indianapolis that specialized in selling life insurance and financial planning
products to independent financial advisors and registered representatives. In August
2001 Drew moved back home and joined his father in their family insurance and financial
services agency “W. Andrew Denny & Company, Inc”. Drew is also a registered
representative and investment advisor associate with Transamerica Financial Advisors.
He resides in Columbus, IN. |

in November 1999. Michelle processes claims and maintains files on claims. She also
originates necessary correspondence to aid in the settlement of claims and files
certificates of compliance and crash reports to appropriate departments. Michelle
is also responsible for the video library and loss analysis. |

Diana has over 15 years of transportation management
experience with two of Indiana's largest carriers. Her expertise falls in the areas
of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations compliance and liability and workers'
compensation claims loss control. Her knowledge is continually updated by attendance
at courses such as those presented by the National Committee for Motor Fleet Supervisor
Training and Certification. A member of the Indiana Motor Truck Association Safety
Management Council since 1984, she served as chairman of that council for the 1991-1992
year. She was honored by the IMTA as the Safety Professional of the Year in 1993.
In 1995 she was chairman of the Indiana Professional Driving Championships. Diana
has received commendations from the governor of the State of Indiana for her participation
in evaluating truck driver training schools. She is available to present training
classes to drivers or supervisors on topics such as drug and alcohol awareness,
hazardous materials transportation and hours of service rules compliance. However,
customizing training programs to fit a specific need is always a welcome challenge. |

A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Greg
came to Marvin Johnson & Associates in 2001, after working for 32 years in all
phases of management in the trucking industry. This valuable hands on experience
has allowed Greg to make the transition to both the Safety and Sales Departments
within our agency. Greg spends most of his time in sales but also conducts Safety
Meetings for motor carriers insured by our agency.
Greg is a long time member of the Ohio Trucking Association, works out of the Ohio
office, has two children and resides in Canton, Ohio. |
